Love this place. I've yet to take a yoga class or workshop here so all I can really speak on is the cafe, and it is awesome. Everything is vegan, gluten free, and organic, with tons of raw options as well.
I've eaten there once before and the food is awesome. My not vegan husband also agrees (which always seems like a victory when he loves a totally vegan meal haha). Recently I've gone back a few times for dessert though. They're desserts are so tasty and you can't even tell that they're vegan or gluten free. We've gotten the brownie with Ice cream and caramel drizzle (actually dates), the ice cream cookie sandwich and the carrot cake. All three are awesome but we keep coming back for the carrot cake every time, that's one of the raw options and it is so much better than expected.
Lastly, and most obviously, this place is a zen little oasis in the center of La Jolla. It's a little escape that's perfect for anyone wanting to get away for a bit. -

Did you even go to Cali if you don't get a smoothie bowl while there??
After spending the morning with the sea lions on the beach we stopped by this hybrid yoga studio / plant based restaurant called Trinity Sanctuary. It gave me such vegan, agricultural goddess Demeter vibes *loved it*.
The restaurant was actually located on the rooftop of a small building so the ocean breeze was felt 100% I personally enjoyed the classic açaí bowl the best (pictured here). It was pretty sweet but paired amazingly well with the fruit. Plus this was some of the best, most crunchy granola I've ever had! The only thing I would change is to have sliced almonds rather than whole as I've heard they can crack your teeth.
The regular smoothies are not bad. They taste very strong of the main ingredients though. Like turmeric or charcoal. Much less sweet compared to the bowl if you like that. But also very expensive for one mason jar full
If you find yourself in La Jolla I highly recommend -

Ordered the carrot cake, wasn't a fan. (& I LOVE all carrot cake)
If your into carrot shreds topped with a filling then this would be your go to.
After a couple bites I returned my dessert with a request for something else.
I wish I remembered his name but a blonde hair, sweet gentleman suggested their cheesecake of the day- Strawberry cheesecake.
Let me tell you , I must say this is the best raw vegan cheesecake I have EVER tasted. I had to order another slice to go.
I give this place a four stars for the environment, the young man's customer service and the cheese cake.
One of the server girls (she was about 5'4, dark brown hair) , she gave me much attitude when I asked to switch my dessert. While she rolled her eyes at me and walked away the other blonde girl, 5'8 (whom she said it was her first week) apologized for her actions and explained the reasoning behind it. I thought it was embarrassing for her that a superior handled this situation in a less manor than the new girl.
Overall if that girl wasn't rude to me than this place would've been a five star for me.
Thank you to the two individuals (both blondes, I apologize for not knowing your names) for the wonderful customer service . -

Where do I even begin I myself am not a vegan but I'm definitely trying to eat healthier so a girlfriend and myself came here after the gym and we're absolutely blown away. The rooftop is amazing and I believe they also do yoga there as well. It's such a cool location and the food options are very wide I had the Matcha tea with the flower on top I believe it's gardenia but I'm not sure and then I also had a bell pepper and brown rice bowl and then we did the trio of the juices and my girlfriend got a salad and we also tried the sage hummus which was definitely something new and amazing with the pita bread. I will be back here this is an excellent establishment the service was great and I love it
